Most orders are processed within one business day — Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer. Rest assured, we will keep you updated every step of the way so you know exactly when your items are on their way.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your packages arrive safely and on time:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days within the contiguous U.S.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

Please note that delivery times are estimated by carriers and may vary due to factors such as distance, weather, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Coverage

Ourtrendst proudly ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing:

  • Carrier information

  • A tracking number

  • A direct link to monitor your shipment in real time

Risk of Loss & Title

All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the carrier receives your package. After the carrier marks the package as “Delivered,” the order is considered successfully fulfilled.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed, or missing, please:

  1. Double-check that the shipping address provided at checkout was correct.

  2. Check with neighbors or household members who may have accepted the package.

  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for updates.

If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@ourtrendst.com within seven (7) business days of the expected delivery date, and we will investigate and assist.

For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. While replacements are not guaranteed, we will do everything possible to support you through the process.

Incorrect Address Policy

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will notify you immediately. You may choose to:

  • Have the order resent (additional shipping fees may apply)

  • Request a refund (minus the original shipping cost)

Multiple Shipments

For larger or multi-item orders, items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive individual tracking details for each shipment.
