At OurTrendst (Sharnae Lynn LLC), we work hard to deliver your order quickly and reliably—no matter where you are in the U.S.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.

Delivery & Cost:

• Transit Time: 2–4 business days

• Flat Shipping Fee: $6.99

• Shipping is available to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska & Hawaii.

Carriers & Tracking:
We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS based on the fastest option for your location. Tracking is provided for every order.

Notes:
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays. We currently do not offer international shipping.

OurTrendst—Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (Summary)

Order changes & cancellations

• Check size/color/quantity before checkout.

• Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase with no fee; email support immediately.

• If an order is already processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Exchanges

• No direct exchanges for change-of-mind size/color. Cancel within 24 hours and re-order, or return the delivered item and place a new order.

• Defective, damaged, or wrong items: we’ll arrange replacements at no cost where possible (submit photos).

Returns (30-day window)

• You may request returns within 30 days of delivery for damaged/defective items, wrong items received, or products materially not as described.

• Not eligible: used/washed/altered items, missing tags/packaging, damage after delivery, or minor cosmetic issues that don’t affect use.

How to request a return

1. Email support@ourtrendst.com with the order number, a brief issue description, and photos/videos if applicable.

2. Wait for return authorization and instructions—do not ship without approval.

3. Ship using provided instructions; keep tracking (insured, trackable shipping recommended).

Shipping & fees

• Customers pay return shipping for fit/preference returns.

• If the return is OurTrendst’s error (wrong or defective item), we provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return shipping.

• No cancellation, return, or restocking fees for approved returns.

Refunds

• After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Banks may take 3–5 additional days to post the credit.

• If the return is due to our error, the original shipping is refunded too.

Other

• Do not send unauthorized returns—they may be refused.

• We’re not responsible for items lost/damaged in transit on customer-paid returns; if we provided the label, we’ll help resolve carrier issues.

Note:

All of your online transactions must be associated with a billing address. Make sure that the billing address
mentioned during your purchases corresponds to that of your credit card (as registered with your bank or other
credit card issuer) or that associated with your prepaid card.
