When your order is dispatched and you receive a confirmation email, your payment is considered complete.
Note: For personalized or custom orders, production begins only after payment confirmation.

You will be redirected to our secure payment processor.
You can pay using a credit card or PayPal account.
Transactions processed by PayPal will appear on your statement as “PayPal.”
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal).
Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not store or process your card information on ourtrendst.com servers, and no payment details are shared with third parties.
