Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy—OurTrendst

At OurTrendst (Sharnae Lynn LLC), we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. If an order issue arises, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Order Changes & Cancellations
  • Please confirm size, color, and quantity before checkout.

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase (no cancellation fee). Email support@ourtrendst.com immediately with your order number to request cancellation.

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. We’ll advise next steps if that happens.

2. Exchanges
  • We do not offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind size/color. If you need a different size, cancel within 24 hours (no fee) and place a new order, or return the original item once delivered and reorder.

  • For items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we will arrange an exchange where possible at no extra cost—contact support with details and images.

3. Returns—What’s Eligible

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Items that are damaged or defective

  • Wrong item received

  • The product is significantly different from its description

Not eligible:

  • Used, washed, or altered items

  • Missing tags or original packaging (if applicable)

  • Damage caused after delivery (accidental damage, improper care)

  • Minor cosmetic variations (e.g., very small loose thread) unless they materially affect the product

4. How to Request a Return
  1. Email support@ourtrendst.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos/videos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

  2. Wait for our return authorization and instructions (do not ship returns without prior approval).

  3. Ship the item using the method we provide or one you choose (keep tracking). We recommend insured and trackable shipping for returns.

5. Return Shipping & No Fees
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping when returning for fit, preference, or other reasons not caused by OurTrendst.

  • If the return is due to OurTrendst’s error (we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

  • No return or restocking fees will be charged for eligible returns. There are also no cancellation fees within the 24-hour cancellation window.

6. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • If your refund is due to our error, we will also refund original shipping charges.

  • After we process the refund, your bank or payment provider may take an extra 3–5 business days to post the credit to your account. If you don’t see the refund after that window, please check with your payment provider and then contact us.

7. Unauthorized Returns
  • Do not return items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.

8. Lost or Damaged Return Shipments
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when customers use their own shipping method. If we provided a prepaid label and the return is lost, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
